1927 Zipper Roadster

The 27 Roadster utilizes original Zipper Motors molds and incorporates hand-laid, Performance Marine Technology, paired with steel reinforcement, providing our composite bodies an unmatched level of durability and strength. 

The 27 Zipper Roadster features a firewall, floor and body structure that are molded in one piece adding overall strength. The floor is recessed and allows you to sit way down in this little car. The doors are hung and latched with hidden hinges and bear-claw latches. The body reveal has been removed for a smoother look and the doors are overlapping typical of the Model A cars. The forward body structure cowl accommodates a flat windshield with 2-piece bronze posts.

The body comes complete with full steel reinforcing and mounts for a swing style brake pedal with dual master cylinders. A top bow and header kit is also available.

There are front end and dash options for the 27 Roadster. We offer a one-piece tilt hood that has a 1929 style grill shell opening or your choice of two grill shell options a 1929 style grill shell or track nose style, both with the open engine look. We offer a flat faced dash that accommodates a wide variety of gauge packages and a 1932 Ford oval style with this body.

The Zipper 27 Roadster is available in our Fabricator and Good Start packages, that can include individual components, full body kits, assembled bodies, or equipped with one of our chassis options. Full car packages and complete turn-key builds are available upon request.
